Hi! My name is Montana and I'm a sophomore at the University of Florida. My classes are all online so I have a very flexible schedule. I've been babysitting for over five years, working with kids from newborns to pre-teens. For the past 5 years babysitting has been my primary source of income, so I’ve gained plenty of knowledge in experience in working with kids. During my senior year of high school, I worked as the head instructor for an aftercare program, where I managed a group of 15 kindergarteners. This responsibility taught me how to be a more patient, and reliable babysitter, while also improving my communication skills between parents and staff. This past year I also worked as a part time nanny, where I transported two kids to and from school everyday, and provided them care and supervision whenever needed. I'm very patient, friendly, and adaptable to each family's preferred parenting style. I also prioritize strong communication with parents to make sure they always feel comfortable and everything runs smoothly. I have my own electric vehicle, so I'm able to help with transportation like pickups, drop-offs, or activities without the concern for gas money. Im also CPR and first aid certified.
