About Adrianna
I'm a caring, patient, and responsible childcare professional with experience working with children in both daycare and behavioral settings. I've worked in a daycare, where I gained experience caring for children, keeping them engaged, and creating a safe and positive environment. I currently work as an RBT with neurodivergent kiddos( mainly children with autism) , some of which are nonverbal and use aac devices which has given me even more experience understanding individual needs, communicating with children, and helping them learn and develop new skills. I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating a fun, comfortable environment where they feel safe and supported. I'm dependable, attentive, and always make the children's safety and well-being a priority.
