About Shardly
Hi! I have about two years of experience working with children as an after-school counselor where I supervised groups of kids, helped with homework, and organized activities to keep them engaged. I also have babysitting experience caring for children one-on-one in personal settings. I’ve worked with children with different needs, including students with ASD, which helped me develop patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills. I’m CPR certified and I really enjoy creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged. Outside of childcare, I’m very creative. I enjoy digital art, visual arts, sewing, and DIY projects, including construction and building things. I like bringing creativity into activities with children through crafts, art projects, and hands-on play.
