Greetings! My name is Ronica. I am a Substitute Teacher. I have been working for the public school system for quite some time, and have several years of experience in almost every age group. Most recently, I have started to learn and work with the Preschool program and it is very fast-paced and fun! I love what I do, and feel very privileged to have a great career of being part of kid’s education and learning. Hi Fun facts: I love music! I am very hard-working, and I enjoy a work-life balance and lots of flexibility. Away from work, I spend the majority of my time at home with family or watching my favorite movies and TV shows. I am a very calm and peaceful personality, and I most enjoy activities where I can visit my extended family and take trips with them whenever possible. Working style: During my shifts, I will follow precisely the instructions on what is written down or communicated to me and complete the exact way you asked. It is very important to stay informed, so therefore please text me via my contact information and you will receive messaging and updates from me every other hour. If you need me to reach you for anything, please let me know the contact details prior to starting the shifts as well. Preferences: If Parental choices do or do not allow outdoor activities, please update me on specific choices that are your family’s preference. *I will only follow the schedule that is given to me. Meal Time: I highly recommend that for meal time, a list of ingredients and recipes of your choice is provided. If you would prefer a specific meal time, please let me know and I will follow them. Also, and if necessary, inform me of any allergens before meal time because I have a few allergens myself. Homework/Bed Time: Generally, I would usually follow an after-school program style in which I help the students to complete their homework and/or study materials first and prior to playing video games or watching the television. If a specific Parental choice has a certain preference for completing homework tasks to down-time, please let me know and I will fulfill only your choice. I always and only follow what the Parents wish. It helps me to work more comfortably in your home, and ensuring that your home is clean and you have someone reliable to care for your family. *If there is no specific bed time routine, also let me know and I will just ask for something else to do like playing a board game or light housekeeping or something else more specific to complete during that shift.
