About Krystal

My past 3 years of work experience has been with primarily kids where I’ve been working as a nanny, a paraprofessional and a registered behavior technician. I’ve worked with 2 nannying agencies where I would pick up cases to give backup care to parents who don’t have permanent nanny’s at home. I’ve worked with children aged 8 months- 15 years old during this time and also became a temp/permanent nanny for a happy family including 3 children ages (2M,4F,5M) for 6 months. In the past year I’ve also worked with as Paraprofessional during the school year and then became a Registered Behavior Technician where I continued to work with children with special needs. I love being a baby sitter because it allows a nanny to solely bond and give support to kids with no other focuses. The primary job is keeping children happy and safe which I love being able to do. I also enjoy teaching and doing work with kids but there’s a different passion that comes from pure joy. I have strong problem solving and analytical skills, I usually know what a kid wants or what their underlying issue is before a behavior towards it escalates. I’m also very compassionate and caring and love to see smiles on all faces.
