Hi, I’m Shamia! I’m a CPR-certified caregiver with over 6 years of childcare experience and a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I currently work at a pediatric clinic, where I care for infants and young children daily, and I’m enrolled in college pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have experience caring for children as young as 6 weeks old through 6 years old and enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment tailored to each child’s developmental needs. I also have experience incorporating Montessori-inspired activities for infants and toddlers to encourage independence, exploration, and early learning through play. Families describe me as dependable, patient, compassionate, and attentive. Whether it’s bottle preparation, diaper changes, tummy time, reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, or bedtime routines, I strive to provide high-quality care while giving parents peace of mind that their little ones are in safe and loving hands.
