About Laripza

Hello! My name is Laripza. I’m bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. I’m currently a full-time nursing student with a true passion for caring for others, especially children. My dream is to become a Labor and Delivery nurse because I love supporting families during one of the most meaningful times in their lives. Although I don’t have children of my own yet, I hope to have a beautiful family one day when the time is right. For now, I’m fully committed to my education and career while continuing to do what I love. I have previous babysitting experience caring for an infant from 4 months to 15 months old, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences. Watching them grow and become more independent brought me so much joy, and those memories are something I will always cherish. In addition, I am a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have been working with children with special needs since 2024. My experience primarily includes working with toddlers between the ages of 3 and 5, where I help them develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive and positive environment. This role has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to meet each child's unique needs with compassion and understanding. I am patient, dependable, compassionate, and attentive. My goal is to engage in a safe environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I would be honored to support your family and provide the same level of care, kindness, and dedication that I would want for my own future children if given the opportunity.
