About Rucita

Hello! My name is Rucita, and I have been working in early childhood education since 2007. I bring nearly two decades of experience caring for and teaching young children in a variety of settings including classrooms, private nanny positions, and childcare management roles. I am CPR certified and have extensive experience supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth. My background as both a teacher and childcare administrator has given me a strong understanding of creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments where children can learn and thrive. I truly enjoy building meaningful relationships with the families I work with and partnering with parents to support their child’s development. I pride myself on being dependable, patient, organized, and attentive to each child’s unique needs. Helping children grow, explore, and feel secure is not just my job, it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about.
