About Jayda-Gaile

Hello there! My name is Jayda-Gaile, and I have a genuine passion for working with children. I have experience caring for children of all ages through both professional and volunteer roles. I have worked as a preschool teacher, volunteered as a youth leader at multiple churches where I supervised children during services and events, and served as a Behavioral Specialist supporting children on the autism spectrum using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. In addition to my professional experience, I am the second oldest of six siblings and have spent years helping care for my younger brothers from infancy through childhood. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility, creativity, and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. As a sitter, I enjoy engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, educational games, and imaginative play. I believe in building trusting relationships with both children and parents through open communication, reliability, and compassionate care. My goal is to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn and explore while in my care.
