Hi! I’m Allie, a Sports Business Management student at Florida Southern College who loves working with children and helping them learn, grow, and have fun. I have over five years of experience coaching cheerleading for children in kindergarten through third grade, where I developed strong leadership, patience, and communication skills. I have also volunteered with my hometown elementary school, helping young students practice counting, recognize letters, and build confidence in the classroom. I am responsible, energetic, and dependable, and I enjoy creating a safe and positive environment where children feel comfortable and engaged. Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, doing crafts, or sticking to routines, I strive to make every babysitting experience both fun and meaningful.
