About Paulette

Hi! I’m a 19-year-old childcare provider with over 5 years of experience working with children of all ages through tutoring, mentoring, church programs, family caregiving, and my current role at Growing Room. As a floater teacher, I work with newborns, infants, toddlers, and VPK students, allowing me to adapt to each child’s unique needs and personality. I am CPR certified and have completed DCF childcare training, including Safe Sleep certification. I also have experience caring for children with additional medical needs, including seizure monitoring, administering prescribed medications such as enzymes, and supporting children with feeding tubes while following family and medical guidelines. Within just a few months of joining my daycare, I was honored to receive Teacher of the Month for my dedication, reliability, and ability to connect with children and families. My goal is to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child feels supported and cared for. 💛
