About Damola

Hi! I’m Damola, and caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life for many years. I am 24 years old, currently a student at Georgia State University working on my second degree, and have experience with children of all ages through babysitting, tutoring, volunteer work, teaching Sunday School, and my current work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, I am trained in behavior analysis and have experience supporting children with a variety of personalities, abilities, and special needs. I also have a 3 year old nephew I helped care for since his birth, so I have experience with newborns and infants. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and nurturing. I believe in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and explore. Whether we’re doing arts and crafts, reading stories, playing outside, working on homework, or preparing a snack together, I love making each day enjoyable and enriching. I am CPR and First Aid trained and am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, homework help, and transportation. I value open communication with parents and strive to provide peace of mind while giving children the attentive care they deserve. I am open to both occasional and recurring opportunities and would love to build lasting relationships with families who are looking for a trustworthy and reliable caregiver. I also welcome substitute teaching opportunities and enjoy supporting children in educational settings. I look forward to being someone you can count on! :)
