About Ameerah

I’m seeking babysitting or nanny positions where I can provide personalized, attentive care to young children. Ideally, I’d like to work with families who value engagement, safety, and early childhood development. Since I have experience as a Discovery Preschool Lead Teacher, I can create a structured yet fun environment tailored to a child’s needs. I’m also looking for roles that offer flexibility, as I prepare to transition into nursing school. I have one year of experience leading a Discovery Preschool classroom, where I managed groups of young children, implemented educational activities, and ensured a safe, nurturing environment. While I love teaching, I’m shifting to babysitting because I want to build closer, one-on-one relationships with children and families. My background in early childhood education has given me strong skills in behavior management, child safety, and fostering emotional growth. Outside of childcare, I’m preparing for nursing school, where I plan to continue developing my caregiving skills. I’m also very patient, responsible, and fun, and I love engaging children in activities that support their development.
