Hi! My name is Lanyia, and I have several years of experience caring for and working with children of different ages. My experience includes babysitting, working in daycare and preschool settings, and supporting children through learning, play, daily routines, and social-emotional development. I’m a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver who understands the importance of creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and helping children learn while they have fun. As an early childhood professional and childcare director, I have experience managing children’s routines, communicating with families, handling different personalities and needs, and keeping children engaged and supervised. I’m comfortable caring for multiple children and making sure each child feels seen, supported, and cared for. My goal when babysitting is for parents to feel comfortable and confident knowing their children are in safe, caring, and capable hands!
