Hi! I’m Kelsey, a career nanny and household professional with nearly 10 years of professional childcare experience. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with infants through school-aged children, supporting families in both traditional and fully staffed households, including high-profile and high-net-worth families. My experience goes far beyond simply keeping children safe and entertained. I love creating a warm, calm, and engaging environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, getting outside, exploring the city, reading, arts and crafts, baking, imaginative play, and finding little ways to make an ordinary day feel special. I’m also comfortable with school and activity transportation, meals and snacks, bedtime routines, allergies and medications, and keeping children’s spaces tidy and organized. My approach is nurturing and patient while still providing structure and consistency. I believe children thrive when they feel respected, heard, and genuinely cared for. Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring new cities and cultures, cooking and baking, reading, spending time outdoors, and finding fun local events. I recently relocated to Nashville and am excited to connect with families in the area!
