### About Me Hi! My name is Giselle, and I have always had a passion for working with children. I started caring for children at a young age, which helped me develop the patience, responsibility, and nurturing qualities needed to provide a safe and loving environment. I truly enjoy spending time with children and caring for them as if they were my own. I love keeping them engaged through play, activities, learning, and everyday routines while making sure they feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I currently work for the city in an after-school program, where I continue to gain valuable experience working with children of different ages and personalities. I also have experience as a Behavioral Technician, which has taught me how to understand and support children's individual needs, behaviors, and development. Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to help children reach important milestones, including teaching children how to communicate, walk, and become more independent. I am patient, caring, dependable, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of the children I care for.
