About Faith

Hi, I’m Faith Anderson! I’m a U.S. Navy veteran with three years of experience working in schools as a substitute paraprofessional, where I supported and cared for children across different ages, personalities, and abilities. My experience includes working with elementary and high school students, including children with autism, behavioral challenges, and other individual needs. I’m naturally patient, calm, and attentive, and I love creating an environment where children feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I enjoy engaging with kids through play, outdoor activities, crafts, reading, homework, and helping prepare meals. My goal is not only to keep children safe and cared for, but to build a positive connection with them so they feel happy and comfortable while their parents are away. I truly love being around children, and I take the responsibility of caring for them seriously.
