Hi! I’m Evelyn, and caring for children has always been one of the biggest joys in my life. As the oldest of seven siblings, I’ve spent much of my life helping care for younger children, and those experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and how to make kids feel loved and supported. I’m also a proud aunt to two wonderful nieces and nephews, and I cherish every opportunity to spend time with them. Professionally, I’ve worked as a preschool teacher, where I had the privilege of helping young children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. I loved creating fun, engaging activities, encouraging creativity, and celebrating each child’s milestones—big and small. My classroom experience taught me how to balance structure with play while meeting each child where they are developmentally. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. Whether we’re reading stories, making crafts, exploring outside, playing games, or simply talking about their day, I strive to create an environment where children can learn, laugh, and build confidence. I know how much trust it takes to leave your children with someone, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I believe in open communication with parents, following family routines, and caring for every child with kindness, patience, and respect.
