About Danae

I’m 21 years old and have been babysitting since I was about 14–15, giving me over six years of experience caring for children. I have worked with kids ranging from 7 months to 10 years old and am comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I also speak fluent english and spanish My babysitting experience includes everything from regular daytime care to overnights, bedtime and bath routines, school pick-ups, diaper changes, and preparing simple meals. I have experience caring for babies and toddlers as well as older children. I also have a car and am comfortable driving children when needed. I especially value building a relationship with the children and families I work with. I babysat consistently for one family for two years and have worked with several other families on and off over the years. In addition to babysitting, I have six years of experience as a camp counselor at both sleepaway and day camps, where I was responsible for supervising, entertaining, and caring for groups of children. I also grew up with younger siblings, so being around and caring for kids has always been a big part of my life. I’m responsible, patient, energetic, and comfortable adapting to each family’s routines and needs. I enjoy keeping kids engaged, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and safe while their parents are away.
