Hello there! Thanks for stopping by! I've been a babysitter and nanny for many children over the past 10+ years, and my recent focus has been with infants and toddlers. I have also taken many child development/ECE courses, including a newborn care specialist course. I specialize in twins and nanny shares, but I have singleton experience too! I am passionate about using sign language and giving little ones the tools for expressing their needs before they can verbally speak (and even beyond!). I use gentle techniques when working with toddlers, and I believe strongly in validation, communication, and allowing for freedom within limits. I work best when I am able to take initiative, and I am able to find a balance between functioning independently and working together with parents to maintain cohesion and consistency in a nurturing environment.
