Hi. My name is Tina U (Plyler). I have been a nanny for over 12 years which include newborns, 5 sets of twins, preemies, nanny shares, siblings, etc. night nannying preemie twins for 7 months at 50 hours per week, etc. I have over 12 years of experience in early childhood settings, infants and toddlers primarily. I have 5 years of experience as a teacher to include preK, elementary, middle, and high school, summer camps, special education (self contained classroom, ELA, theatre, Montessori (Primary and middle school), etc. I also worked at Brain Balance and Autism Charlotte. I have a Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre, Minor in English. I have a CDA in early childhood education and a Medical Assistant Diploma. I have training in CPR, first aid, SIDS, and blood-borne pathogens.
