About Ayla

Hi! My name is Ayla R, and I'm currently a Psychology major at the University of Colorado Boulder. Growing up in a close-knit family taught me the importance of kindness, patience, and creating meaningful connections with others, which is one of the many reasons I've always loved working with children. I've been babysitting since I was 12 years old, and caring for kids has truly become something I'm passionate about. There is nothing more rewarding to me than building meaningful relationships with children, making them laugh, encouraging their creativity, and creating a safe, loving environment where they can be themselves. Whether we're playing outside, reading books, doing crafts, helping with homework, or simply having a dance party in the living room, I always strive to make every day enjoyable and memorable. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with more families and communicate comfortably with both children and parents. Families describe me as kind, patient, dependable, and responsible, and I pride myself on treating every child with the same care, patience, and encouragement that I would want for my own family. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. My goal is always to create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe, and supported while giving parents complete peace of mind.
