About Janai

Hi! I’m Janai J., a caring, reliable, and energetic babysitter with years of experience working with children! I’m currently a fourth-year UCLA student studying Psychology, and I’ve been babysitting for different families since I was 16. Since 2024, I’ve also worked as a tutor and team leader for elementary school students, where I help with homework, lead activities, keep students engaged, and create a positive and supportive environment. Working with children both one-on-one and in groups has taught me how to be patient, attentive, responsible, and adaptable to each child’s personality and needs. I love keeping kids engaged through games, arts and crafts, reading, outdoor activities, or helping with schoolwork. Most importantly, I want parents to feel confident knowing their children are with someone who is dependable, communicative, and genuinely enjoys spending time with kids.
