About Aliya

I have experience caring for children of various ages through both babysitting and professional childcare roles. I am responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment while supervising daily activities, assisting with meals and snacks, helping with homework, organizing educational and recreational activities, and ensuring children's well-being. I am comfortable managing multiple children at once and communicating effectively with parents about their child's needs and progress. I have paid childcare experience as a teacher at Aspire Christian Preschool, where I worked with young children in a classroom setting. My responsibilities included supervising children, supporting their social and emotional development, assisting with learning activities, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating with families and staff. In addition, my volunteer and leadership experiences have strengthened my ability to work with children from diverse backgrounds, demonstrate patience, adapt to individual needs, and provide positive guidance and support.
