About Lily

I'd describe my personality as honest, reliable, and very attentive. I stay calm in busy or stressful situations and make sure things are handled and running smoothly. I like working with kids because how they're treated when they're young really shapes who they become. I grew up in a structured environment with strong values, and that's something I bring into how I care for others. I've worked with kids from a young age, helping care for my younger brother and later babysitting for family friends and relatives, so I'm comfortable with different ages and situations. Being a team captain for a girls' tennis team also helped me build leadership skills and confidence managing groups. In my spare time, I enjoy makeup, crafts, staying active, volunteering and being outdoors. I'm naturally energetic and enjoy bringing a fun, positive energy that kids connect with. I'm very observant and adaptable, and I enjoy creating simple, interactive activities that keep kids engaged and involved.
