About Erin

Hi! My name is Erin and I have over 5 years of childcare experience. I just graduated with honors this past May from CSU Long Beach with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Child Development. I absolutely love working with children and watching them grow through fun, safe environments. I’ve worked in various childcare settings, including as a preschool teacher, summer camp leader, babysitter, as well as currently volunteering at a children’s hospital and a pediatric occupational therapy clinic. I also have personal experience growing up with a brother who is deaf and on the autism spectrum. I am patient, empathetic, flexible, and pride myself in being a good role model for the little ones I am taking care of. My number one goal is ensuring your children are safe and happy. Whether we’re doing crafts, reading stories, or playing outside, I always want to make sure that time spent together is meaningful and enjoyable. I also recognize the importance of building trust and communication with parents so you feel confident that your child is in good hands. In my free time, I love to read, spend time with friends, and take classes at my gym. I am CPR/First Aid certified and also happy to help out with light household chores. I look forward to meeting your family !
