About Allie

Hi, my name is Allie! I have over 10 years of experience working with children and adults of different abilities. I have worked as a camp director for summer camps, in home behavioral therapy for kiddos with autism, as a special education teacher assistant and as a life guide for adults with disabilities. I went on to study for a teaching credential in physical education and Masters in social emotional learning. My strengths are cultivating spaces where all beings feel heard, validated and inspired to reach for the stars! Children can experience big emotions and sometimes they do not always understand the 'why'. I understand the importance of creating safe spaces for our little friends to move through their emotions and help give them the tools they need to regulate them, in order to help them build meaningful relationships with their family and peers. I can help with caregiving, home schooling, light housekeeping, arts/ crafts, projects and swimming supervision and transportation.
