About Denisse

Hi! My name is Denisse :) I’m 22 years old and currently work as an infant/toddler teacher, caring for little ones from 2 months to 1 year old. I also have experience working at a Montessori preschool with children ages 2–6, as well as babysitting a friend’s son in her home. I’m currently in my second-to-last semester of college, working toward my bachelor’s degree in Child Development. My long-term goal is to become a pediatrician because I’m passionate about helping children grow, develop, and stay healthy. Working with children has taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and understanding each child’s individual needs. I’m caring, responsible, and attentive. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I have different certifications like CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Child Abuse & Neglect Mandated Reporter etc. I am up to date with my physical and TB test. I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where little ones feel comfortable and loved. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident leaving their children in someone else’s care, and I always strive to provide the same level of care and attention I would want for my own family.
