About Debora

Hi! My name is Debora, I’m currently a college student at Biola University studying Pre- Occupational Therapy to be a pediatric occupational therapist. I’ve had quite a few childcare experiences. I was the children’s ministry teacher at my church for 2-3 years in which I worked with kids from ages 2-12. I’ve worked as a teacher aid/tutor at elementary schools. My first one was for grades 4-6 with students with special needs, and my second was in a 5th grade classroom in which I worked mainly with students with learning disabilities. I am also the oldest sibling of 3! Therefore I’ve been a caretaker practically my whole life! My youngest sibling is currently 8 months, so I also have lots of experience with babies! My second youngest sibling has Autism, so I also have lots of experience with children with disabilities. Incase it’s needed, I am fluent in Spanish.
