About Aiyana

I am a dedicated and compassionate college student with over one year of paid experience caring for children as both a babysitter and a Behavioral Technician. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in communication, patience, problem-solving, and creating safe, engaging environments for children of all ages and abilities. As a Behavioral Technician, I work one-on-one with children to support their developmental and behavioral goals using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies. My babysitting experience has strengthened my ability to provide dependable care, plan fun and educational activities, maintain routines, and respond calmly in challenging situations. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported while building trusting relationships with families.
