About Rosa

Hello everyone! My name is Rosa, I am a San Diego native who loves caring for others. I have over 6years of experience working with children. I am currently a behavioral support supervisor at a special education program/school. I am an advocate for those who need a voice or a body to represent them. I enjoy teaching children how to safely and effectively use their words to communicate, how to be mindful of our body and space when around others and how to show the world that independence is a gift no matter how big or small it may seem. I have primarily worked with children who have special needs and require personalized every day care and education. I have worked with mild to severe behavioral support children but I am comfortable working with any group of children. My goal as a nanny is to help children become independent while learning how to work and grow along side others. I also like to focus on assisting parents with any form of teaching/therapy their children might need.
