About Makena

Hello! My name is Makena, and I’m currently attending Northern Arizona University, where I’m studying Marketing. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages. In high school, I worked in the preschool attached to my school with children ages 3–5. After graduating, I worked at a Primrose preschool, primarily caring for infants, but I also frequently helped in classrooms with children up to 5 years old. I love doing crafts and finding creative activities to keep kids engaged. I try to keep screen time to a minimum, with the occasional movie night as a fun treat. I’m easygoing, flexible, and happy to adapt to your family’s routines and schedules to provide the best care possible. I have reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and would love the opportunity to get to know your family and help however I can. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
