About Shantal

Hi! I’m an experienced early childhood and elementary educator with a genuine love for working with children. I hold a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing my Master of Education in Early Childhood Education. My experience includes caring for and teaching young children in preschool and elementary settings, where I’ve supported children’s learning, routines, social-emotional development, and individual needs. I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, explore, and feel comfortable being themselves. As a caregiver, I’m patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable maintaining routines, preparing simple meals and snacks, helping with schoolwork and educational activities, and keeping children engaged through age-appropriate play. As both an educator and a mom, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are safe, cared for, and genuinely valued while in someone else’s care.
