About Montasia

I’ve been caring for children since I was 12 years old, starting by babysitting for my family & families in my community. What began as a way to earn extra money quickly became a passion for working with children. At 18, I began my professional career in early childhood education and have since gained experience in a variety of childcare settings. I’ve worked as a daycare teacher, a summer camp teacher, at a preschool serving low-income families, and caring for toddlers on a U.S. Army base. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for multiple children at once, including twins and triplets, and have experience supporting children with a wide range of needs. This includes caring for children with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and children with limb differences. I understand the importance of providing individualized, compassionate care while creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child feels supported and valued. I pride myself on being patient, dependable, attentive, and committed to providing high-quality care that gives parents confidence and peace of mind while their children are in my care.
