About Alaysha
I’ve worked with children in a variety of settings, including daycare, babysitting, and most recently as a Registered Behavior Technician. My daycare and babysitting experience helped me develop strong skills in creating safe, engaging environments, supporting children’s daily routines, and building positive relationships with both children and their families. As an RBT, I gained experience working one-on-one with children, implementing individualized learning and behavior plans, and collaborating with families and supervisors. Overall, I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported, which is what continues to draw me to opportunities working with kids.
