Hi! I’m Koda, and I’m a caring, dependable, and patient childcare professional with over five years of experience working with children from infancy through school age. Working with children is something I genuinely enjoy. I love getting to know each child’s personality, interests, and individual needs, and I especially enjoy watching them reach new milestones and become more confident and independent. My experience includes working in Montessori and early childhood education settings, where I’ve cared for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported. I always try to create a warm and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, play, and be themselves. Building a trusting relationship with both children and their families is very important to me, and I value open, positive communication. I’m experienced with infant care, toddler care, preschool-aged care, school-aged care, Montessori environments, developmental milestones, and encouraging age-appropriate independence. I also have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and current CPR and First Aid certifications.
