Hi! My name is Laura, and I'm 24 years old with several years of experience in childcare, a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, and a recent Master's degree in Behavior Analysis. I currently work as a behavior therapist and early intervention supervisor for a behavioral therapy company. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. My approach to childcare focuses on learning through play, creating natural opportunities for children to develop new skills, and making every experience fun and engaging! I love following a child's interests while also providing the structure, consistency, and routines that help them feel safe and supported. My background in child development and behavior analysis allows me to create a nurturing environment that encourages communication, independence, and positive growth. I'm passionate about helping children learn, explore, and reach their full potential, and I would love the opportunity to support your family.
