Hi! My name is Rylee, and I am a caring, dependable, and energetic nanny with a genuine passion for working with children and helping families feel supported. I have experience caring for children of different ages and love creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel comfortable being themselves. My goal as a nanny is always to build strong, trusting relationships with both the children and parents I work with while making everyday routines smooth and enjoyable. I am currently a college student at Pima Community College pursuing my path toward nursing school, with long-term plans of becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner. Because of my interest in healthcare and child development, I bring a patient, attentive, and nurturing approach to childcare. I also volunteered in the NICU at Banner Health, which gave me valuable experience supporting families and caring for infants in a medical setting. Those experiences strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and provide compassionate care. Families often describe me as bubbly, responsible, and easy to talk to. I enjoy engaging children in activities that keep them active, creative, and learning, whether that means outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, homework help, games, or imaginative play. I love encouraging children to explore their interests while also helping them build confidence, routines, and positive habits. I understand how important it is for parents to know their children are not only safe, but also genuinely cared for and having fun. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, bedtime routines, school pickups, organization, and helping keep the household running smoothly. I value reliability, punctuality, and open communication, and I always strive to create a warm and supportive environment for the families I work with. I was born and raised in Tucson and graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School. I truly love working with children and feel grateful to be part of their growth and everyday lives.
