About Vashti

Hello, my name is Vashti D. I am a licensed Physical Therapist, which is my primary career focus. Beyond my professional role, I have a genuine passion for supporting and nurturing children and providing a safe, engaging environment for them. I currently volunteer in my church’s childcare ministry and have extensive experience working with young children. During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered at a local daycare, actively engaging in age-appropriate play and supervision. Additionally, I served as a Vacation Bible School teacher for children ages 0–5 from 2015–2019. During physical therapy school, I completed a pediatric clinical rotation where I assisted in the rehabilitation of children with developmental delays and diagnoses such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, and other conditions impacting mobility. Outside of volunteer and clinical work, I am a proud aunt who enjoys planning fun, enriching outings with my niece and nephews. I bring patience, responsibility, and a caring presence to every family I serve.
