About Lauryn

I am a fourth grade teacher for Jefferson county schools since graduating in December 2025! I have experience working at a child development center as an assistant teacher and floater for the past 4 years before graduating, so I love working with all ages! During the summers, I run my childcare centers summer camp program for rising 1st-3rd grade. I also work at a church nursery with children ages 2-5 so l have ample experience with children of all ages (three weeks- 12+ years). I am passionate about what I do!
