Hello! My name is Shar’Dez, and I am a 24 year-old recent college graduate with a degree in Psychology. I am passionate about child development and have a deep understanding of the needs and behaviors of children. As a Christian, I also value kindness, responsibility, and integrity in all that I do. Currently student teaching in an elementary classroom. Work history includes two years of working at an accredited center with children ages birth to 5. Also worked at a daycare/summer camp for two years working with children ages birth to 10.

I love kids and helping out wherever I can. I just graduated nursing school this past August . My family has a ferret, snake, cat, dog, and a bunny so I’m experienced with many types of loving pets.I have a big family and am experienced in babysitting or nannying for many ages with many disabilities as well.I have experience with the hearing impaired and utilize English or ASL.
