Hi!! I’m Lauren Labry — I’m 24 years old and originally from Memphis, TN. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Art (Roll Tide!). I’ve always had a heart for working with kids — I started nannying at 16 for two sweet boys (ages 4 and 6) and never stopped! Since then, I’ve cared for children of all ages, including a precious 4-month-old baby, and even cooked, cleaned, and helped families however I could. In college, I had the opportunity to nanny for a 6-year-old boy with Autism, and it changed my life. I ended up interning at an Autism-focused school, and now I’m proud to say I’ve been teaching students with Autism (ages 14–20) for the past 3 years at a private school in Nashville! When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me in my art studio painting, sewing, or throwing pottery. I’m passionate about nature, fashion, yoga, my dog, pilates, and I have a strong love for the mountains and the beach!!!
