About Emily
Hi, my name is Emily and I’m seeking a wonderful family to serve. I’ve always loved kids and spend much of my time substitute teaching for grades K-5. I have a dance background (training for around 12 years competitively) and I’ve worked as a dance teacher for all ages at two studios. I also have lifeguarding experience, so I have certifications in CPR, first aid, and AED skills. I’m a student at the University of Alabama, pursuing my dream of being an elementary school teacher, I have a passion for working with kids and nurturing young minds. My work as a substitute teacher has been a dream! In my free time, you will often find me in the classroom, dancing, volunteering, painting, and active in my sorority, Kappa Delta. I’m looking forward to finding the next sweet family I’ll be working with!
