Hi, I'm Jaylin, a second-year student at Tuskegee University with a caring and positive personality. I love being a sitter because I enjoy helping others, especially kids. Working with children comes naturally to me because I'm patient, understanding, and easy to connect with. Kids always know how to make me smile, and I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they can feel comfortable and happy.l grew up helping watch and care for kids, which helped me become responsible and comfortable working with children of different ages. In high school, I also worked with kids in classrooms from Kindergarten through 5th grade, helping with activities, learning, and classroom support. Those experiences helped me build patience, communication skills, and a strong understanding of how to connect with children in a positive way.l have experience helping with homework, meals, activities, and keeping children entertained while making sure they stay safe and cared for. I'm dependable, responsible, and always willing to learn new things. I enjoy building strong connections with both kids and parents while making families feel supported and comfortable. I'm excited to continue gaining experience while doing something I truly enjoy.
