Hi! My name is Merertu but everyone calls me Mimi! I was born in Ethiopia but grew up in Nashville! I absolutely adore children and love to read and play soccer with them. I study legal studies at Belmont University and have plans to attend law school post grad. Hi! I am a freshman at MTSU. I live in the Murfreesboro area so it takes me an hour to get to the Nashville area. I am studying Early Childhood Education. I am going to become a prek-3 teacher & eventually a speech language pathologist/ therapist. I absolutely love spending time with kids and getting the opportunity to engage with their young and eager minds. I am the oldest of most of my family members..(cousins & siblings) so I have always understood the responsibility of taking care of kids.
