So if the kids are interested in yoga, exercise, or meditation, I’m happy to share what I know! Even if the kids aren’t into yoga, this training gave mea better understanding of child development. I have a driver’s license, but do not own a car. However, I do own a Yuba cargo bike with room for two children and 4 grocery bags, with 18 years of bike commuter experience!
