With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I have had the joy of working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children can thrive at every stage of development. My background includes supporting infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, always with a focus on individualized care and developmental growth.

I have been working at an after-school program at an Impact school for the last 9 months. Some of the kids have big behaviors. It has been challenging at times but also very rewarding. My favorite thing about kids is their curiosity. They ask the funniest questions! My biggest strength in caring for children is my patience. My philosophy is to treat children gently and with a willingness to understand them and their issues.
