Within my first year, I became a lead teacher and discovered how much I loved helping children learn, grow, and become more independent. I eventually stepped away from my lead position to pursue a career in accounting, which I did for almost three years. I pretty much have tons of history of working with youth, i started babysitting at 13 I baby sat for family members then I branched out to other families. While in highschool I worked with the boys and girls club of benton harborall through highschool and my first 2 summers in college. my tittle was youth development professional ages 678 , although I did sometimes have to work with other ages , 9+ . I’ve also held a cheer camp with kids, and I currently work back at the boys and girls club until I go back to school in the fall.
