Hi, I’m Arctan! I’m an Early/ Special Education major and Art minor at UNG Dahlonega. I have experience working with kids aged one to twelve through my various roles as a swim teacher, art instructor, babysitter and coach. I have CPR and AED training and certification from American Red Cross. I enjoy cooking, organizing fun and engaging activities, and helping with schoolwork where I can! I’m very passionate about working with kids and am wanting to grow my resume experience as a pre-service teacher.

I have several years of experience working with children of different ages. When I was younger, I volunteered at a daycare center caring for infants through children around 7 years old. I later worked for the City of Tallahassee as a seasonal camp counselor, where I supervised and engaged with kids in a fun and safe environment. Most recently, I served as a Resident Advisor while also balancing life as a student athlete, which strengthened my responsibility, leadership, patience, and communication skills. I truly enjoy working with kids and creating a positive, dependable environment for families.
