Hi! I'm Lex, and I've been working with kids for years. I actually got my start babysitting my younger cousins when I was around 13, and since I come from a huge family, I was always helping out with the little ones. Those experiences made me realize how much I enjoy working with children. Since May 2024, I've worked at Mobius, where I started as an instructor and have taken on additional responsibilities as a Student Services Admin and Front Desk Admin. Along with supervising children and leading games and educational activities, I'm one of the staff members trusted to help instructors navigate behavioral challenges, assist with conflict resolution, and support day-to-day operations. I also coordinate student check-ins, attendance, field trips, and communicate directly with parents about daily updates, health concerns, and behavioral needs.
